The location was central near the metro station. The room had a shower, and I appreciated the convenience. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs.

the location is central. it was close to rossio train station and the santa justa lift. the receptionist was helpful, they let me store my luggage after check-out (until 6 pm). i was even able to use the bathroom before i left.
the facility is old. it gives the impression of falling apart (i was a little worried). the furniture is very old-fashioned. the chair fell apart as soon as i moved it.

central location helpful receptionist ideal location short walk
the hotel is just a short walk from the train station and the santa justa lift, really handy! the receptionist was also very helpful, letting me keep my luggage after i checked out and use the bathroom. the location was ideal, since everything was close by
the walls seemed very thin, so i could hear other guests sometimes.

This guesthouse has a separate guest lounge, offering a quiet space to relax or meet other travellers, and it's convenient if you arrive early or need to wait after checking out. I found it very practical.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, providing tips on local cuisine. I visited a restaurant next door and was happy with the authentic food at a reasonable price, so i recommend.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room included air conditioning, which i really appreciated during warmer days. The hot water in the shower had good pressure, so the room had what i needed!

bathroom odor unclean furniture
The bathroom had a strong odor. The furniture was old and not very clean. The shower was a base with a curtain that didn't reach the floor, so the bathroom flooded whenever I showered. (It was quite annoying)
